Most people don’t think too much about their posture unless they suddenly become aware of their sore back or tight neck and shoulders. Most people who sit all day in front of a computer are doing so with bad posture techniques. If you don’t work on toning your muscles to enhance your posture, your posture will suffer and you will eventually will experience lower back pain, neck aches, and more ailments. Our diet has a direct impact on our health, so we include healthy diet and avoid junk and unhealthy foods. But water, one very important resource is often ignored.
